На сегодняшний день пластиковая газонная решетка широко применяется во всем мире для укрепления грунта в ландшафтном и садово-парковом строительстве.

Преимущество использования пластиковой решетки

Материал, из которого изготовлена эта газонная решетка, характеризуется способностью переносить невероятно тяжелые нагрузки в климатических условиях, таких как у нас, в Северных широтах.
Блоки газонной решетки изготавливаются из высокопрочного морозостойкого материала (блок-сополимер), который имеет большое значение для гибкости в зимний период, это происходит потому, что данный материал не становится хрупким, когда температура падает ниже нуля.
Система блокировки, соединяющая блоки вместе для оптимальной передачи мощности, таким образом, чтобы блоки остаются неизменными даже при экстремальных нагрузках при укладке даже на слабом основании.

Небольшой вес 0,6 кг
Размер модуля решетки 33,3 х 33,3 см (расход на квадратный метр – 9 модулей), высота – 3,8 см.

Даже не заполненные или частично заполненные ячейки газонной решетки легко выдерживает погрузку грузового автомобиля.

Свойства

Выдающаяся эластичность: более 200 гибких элементов в квадратном метре обеспечивают исключительную гибкость, образуя соты и обеспечивают хорошую адаптацию к неровностям. Кроме того, легко переносит широкий диапазон температур (от –40°C до +50°C).
Система соединения модулей позволяет газонной решетке оставаться в таком месте и положении, где она и должна быть и гарантирует, что общая площадь соединенных вместе модулей ведут себя как единое целое. Благодаря надежной системе связи решетка может выдерживать нагрузку до 200 тонн/м2.

Обладает очень хорошими свойствами дренажа, поскольку имеет сквозную структуру. Таким образом, вся территория, выложенная газонной решеткой, имеет естественный дренаж. При правильном проектировании и монтаже экопарковка может заменить или сделать лишними или ненужными дополнительные ливневые стоки.
В отличие от бетонных газонных решеток имеет более тонкие перегородки, оставляя больше места корневой системе газона. К тому же пластик не впитывает воду, оставляя ее всю доступной для орошения травы.
Имеет малый вес и удобна для транспортировки.

Применение газонной решетки

Пластиковые газонные решетки используются для сотворения парковок и игровых площадок. Они представляют собой модульную конструкцию. Собирают газонную решетку соединяя между собой модули с помощью специального замка.
Укладка газонной решетки и устройство газона может вестись разными способами. Газонная решетка должна укладываться на подготовленное основание. Основание состоит из гравийно-песчаной смеси. Подушка из гравийно-песчаной смеси создает жесткую основу для укладки газонной решетки. Толщина подушки зависит от условий использования. Если речь идет о месте под парковку, то толщина должна быть 10 – 20 см. Для игровой площадки достаточно 10 см.
На подготовленное и выровненное основание укладывается газонная решетка и засыпается дерном. Поверх него стелется рулонный газон.

Для дачи можно использовать другую технологию. Особенностью дачи является значительно более низкие нагрузки на покрытие, поэтому в большинстве случаев нельзя создавать специальную подушку. Кроме того, в целях экономии можно не укладывать готовый газон, а просто посеять его в насыпанный дерн.

В этом случае сначала нужно выровнять площадку. После чего уложить газонную решетку. Далее посеять семена и засыпать почвой. Важно хорошо утрамбовать почву.
Все, что нужно делать дальше, это регулярно поливать. Через 2 – 3 недели трава взойдет. Через 2 – 3 месяца она укоренится и получится хороший газон.
